Here, we took some advertisements that we believe has some colonialist message and indirectly portray racism towards other party.  This ad is actually made by a company that sells soap in America. But, the way they advertise the soap is indirectly made the Black feels inferior . The use of the White kid as someone who hold the soap and wanted to give to the Black kid shows that the White come into Africa to help them become more like them.they wanted to civilize them in a way that they think the Black should be like them. besides, the way they compare how the kids dress shows that the White is being more civilized that the Black. One of his short stories entitled Assets and Debts portrayed the differences between two class hierarchies as what Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels had discussed on class struggle. According to the founder of Marxism theory, Marx and Engels mentioned the concept of class struggle plays an essential role in society in order to develop clear understanding about the society’s oppression under the influence of capitalism. This is because, this poem emphasizes on how colonization could actually bring greater good for civilization. A sneak peek into this poem, it was written during 19 th century and involved two countries which were United States and Philippines. Among the literary criticism that we can find in this poem is colonialism. Assalamualaikum and welcome to our blog,😁😀 For movie review, we have decided to choose The Hunger Games (2012), American dystopia science fiction adventure film directed by Gary Ross and was based on novel by Suzzane Collins. According to Collin (2014), a film critic, The Hunger Games is adaptations of the first in a set of three fantasy books aimed at younger readers by Suzanne Collins where the teenagers from 12 districts of a post-Apocalyptic nation called Panem are go against each other in an annual, state-sponsored fight to the death.  This movie was starring by  Jennifer Lawrence (Katniss Everdeen) as a main character and accompanied by Josh Hutcherson (Peeta Mellark), Liam Hemsworth (Gale Hawthorne) and other supporting roles.
